The applicable rules are set out in the Code of Conduct, which is binding for all SI Re employees including the Executive Board and Board of Directors. SI Re has a compliance management system in place, which is commensurate to the company's size and complexity. SI Re naturally guarantees protection of privacy and compliance with data protection in accordance with Swiss and European legislation.
